• Cleanliness: 2.5 General cleanliness was good but we were allocated a 'basement' room which have a consistent odour in the bathroom from the drains
• Location: 10 really central

• Staff: 2.5 Check in was efficient and we re were assigned our room quickly. However despite checking in at 3pm when we went to our room the cleaner was still servicing the room. We returned to reception to be told to take a seat for 10mins until the room was ready. We were not offered an alternative room or even a refreshment while we waited
• Quietness: 2.5 We were allocated a basement room that had an opaque glass window at pavement level. We therefore had noise from the street outside
• Room: Not rated We were allocated a basement room with very little natural light and odours from the bathroom drains
• Value for money: 2.5
