• Negative: Extremely poor customer service. Cake ordered but not delivered on time - when it finally arrived - no plates or cutlery. Not what I expected for my husbands 60th birthday. No acknowledgement from the hotel that it was both my husband and my birthday one the same day - never happened before in any hotel we have stayed with in the world. Could have easily provided a token of a fruit plate or bottle of cava. No milk in the room & had to ask for coffee pods. Staying in the most expensive room in the hotel - not good enough!

• Value for money: Not rated Stayed for my husband’s 60th birthday and was a total disappointment having paid €900 for 4 nights!

• Negative: El jacuzzi de la terraza no funcionaba. El jacuzzi de dentro estaba ocupado me dijo el chico de la cafetería que seríamos los siguientes y no nos avisó y entró otra pareja, el chico me dijo que no me preocupara que después entraríamos, cuando está pareja salió entraron otras chicas que también les había dicho el chico que serían las siguientes. Fui ha hablar con el chico de la cafetería y entonces me dice que no hay orden que se entra conforme se llega, cosa que me podía haber dicho desde el principio. Conseguimos entrar al jacuzzi gracias a las chicas que nos avisaron no gracias al chico. En la zona de la piscina 0 control de desinfección de hamacas algo que deja mucho que desear con la situación que vivimos. La piscina no cubría nada era para niños. Diría que venden oro y no es así. Pues el hotel no es barato para los servicios que presta.

• Positive: The pool area on the roof, with fabulous views. Good choice of food and drinks available at the pool bar. The rooms were large and very clean and tidy. All staff were very friendly and keen to help with any enquiry.
• Negative: The pool area only has a very small space for sunbeds and often there were none available. The Amazonia bar was temporarily closed.

• Cleanliness: 10 all areas in the hotel always very clean and tidy.
• Location: 10 right on the square at the top of the precinct, where the restaurants and bars are. And only a 5 minute walk to the beach!

• Staff: 10 all staff were friendly and courteous and all spoke English well. They were very helpful.
• Quietness: 10 Even though bars and restaurants were right outside, we never experienced any noise.
• Room: 10 lovely large room with view over the square

• Location: 10 Situado en un gran paseo con multitud de restaurantes y a 3 minutos que comunica con la autovia que te lleva a las playas de La Manga. A 300 metros de la playa del Mar Menor,pero que por desgracia no se puede ir por el alto grado de contaminación que presenta.
• Common facilities and services: 7.5 A destacar el restaurante con una carta muy lograda. Gimnasio con suficientes máquinas, sauna (sin problemas de aforo)no así la zona de jacuzzi y piscina que son insuficientes cuando hay muchos huéspedes.
