• Negative: El servicio de habitaciones no fue de acuerdo a la calidad del hotel. El primer día no se hizo la habitación y luego la limpieza no fue buena.

• Cleanliness: 2.5 Tuvimos que avisar para que fueran a limpiar el segundo día porque el primero no fue nadie aún a pesar de poner el cartel en la puerta. Los siguientes días ni las mesas ni el cuarto de baño estaban adecuadamente limpios.
