"Estimado Huésped, Lamento que no dispusiera de la información correcta actualizada de la piscina, hemos tenido que cambiar en diversas ocasiones varios servicios del hotel por la situación actual, ajustándonos a los cambios y recomendaciones marcados por el ministerio de sanidad, los cuales varían prácticamente cada semana. No obstante, en caso de haberlo sabido de antemano, podríamos haberle ofrecido un late check out gratuito. Pondremos en conocimiento del servicio de mantemiento para que revise la grifería de su habitación. Disponen en todas las habitaciones de carteles de no molestar para que no ocurra esta situación que nos comenta. Saludos y gracias por tomar unos minutos para valorarnos."
