• Cleanliness: 2.5 Bathroom was dirty, other people’s hair all over floor. All floors were dirty - couldn’t walk around bare foot
• Location: 10 Perfect location away from main strip but close enough to everything you need
• Common facilities and services: 5 Good pool area,
• Staff: 2.5 Bad attitude of check in, my email confirmation said a different check in time, reception just said I was wrong! Had the email in front of them!! Security staff at night a bit heavy handed when checking wristbands Not the most polite staff
• Quietness: 2.5 Expected it to be loud but big fight in corridor
• Room: 5 Amenities ok, basic but good enough, just dirty
• Value for money: 7.5 Cheap for what we wanted

• Negative: Lots of leaks, money stolen and staff didn’t help. Tv and fridge weren’t plugged in and there was no socket on the wall to plug them in.

• Cleanliness: 2.5 the maid never once cleaned our balcony and on did the basics in the room
• Location: 5 not to far to walk for food and drinks and the beach
• Common facilities and services: Not rated non existance only a couple of vending machines in the lobby, no laundry facilities
• Staff: 2.5 didnt have much to do with them luckily, but my niece did after she had a row and her room mate wouldnt let her in they wouldnt give her another room key and told her to go outside
• Quietness: Not rated very noise most of the time and the car park opposite was a party venue
• Room: 2.5 not big enough not enough crokery nor cuttlery for 4 people
• Value for money: 2.5 well over the top for october
