• Negative: La nula información sobre el cierre de fin de temporada del hotel. Se nos informó, a través de carteles expuestos por el hotel, de que el hotel cerraría sus puertas el domingo 4 de noviembre a las 11:30 h. Cuando hicimos el check in no se nos informó. El miércoles 31 de octubre llamé a recepción del hotel para preguntar sobre la salida tardía y si podía hacer el cambio de entrar con cena y salir con comida. Informando de que entraría el viernes 2 de noviembre y la salida sería el domingo 4 de noviembre. Se me dijo que sí, que ningún problema, incluso me dijeron la tarifa de la salida tardía. En ningún momento se expuso que el hotel cerraría el mismo 4 de noviembre y que no podría hacer ni salida tardía ni cambio de comida de un día a otro. Muy mala gestión de información y de marketing, porque la mayoría de los clientes alojados éramos de la isla y es una mala publicidad.

• Negative: The dinner buffet, without water I think it's not normal to have to add 2e for a small bottle of water when we buy 4 dinner menus. A pot of water for the table must be offered at least.
