• Cleanliness: 7.5 All rooms and pool side were clean, except from a bit of chewing gum that was on the middle of a cushion on our sofa. We saw it within seconds of walking into the room, which isn't nice upon arrival.
• Location: 10 3 min walk to the beach. 5 min to bars and restaurants. 2 min to the bus stop. Just perfect.
• Common facilities and services: 10 The pools were lovely.
• Staff: 10 Very helpful. Bar staff were great.
• Quietness: 7.5 At night there was no noise, during the early evening there were some people singing from balconies, but that is to be expected in the area.
• Room: 10 We had a free upgrade, so can't complain! Large room, beautifully designed.
• Value for money: 10 Best value for money hotel in the area, by far! I already want to go back.

• Cleanliness: 7.5 The pools and common areas are all very clean and lovely. However bed sheets are only changed once a week and towels 3 times a week
• Location: 10 Brilliant location, nice and quiet but close enough to everything
• Common facilities and services: 5 The facilities were okay but we paid for a premium room and did not receive any of the welcome drinks or gifts and we were unable to do late check out even though all of the premium rooms were empty and our flight was not until 1am
• Staff: 5 Well I went to ask about late check out, 3 different staff gave me 3 different hours to then be told that they were fully booked. They have 6 premium apartments and on our last day we were the only ones using a room so late check out at 5 should not have been a problem seen as we did not need to be at the airport until 1pm. The staff told us the rooms were fully booked. However when we went back up and looked through the 6 room windows not one was being used and this was at 10pm!
