• Room: Not rated on arival we were sown our luxury room and were faced by a wall with the balcony only being open by about 4ft one look and i knew this is not a luxury room even if this is what you call it.i do not go on holiday to look at nothing. we have stayed in these rooms before and have really enjoyed the week. on asking if there was another room we were told no but we could have another at an upgrade which although we thought this was very wrong we had no option The price of this was added to our bill I think it should have been complimentry upgrade as we have stayed there and porto banus hotel many times.I think this was very unfair as later in the week i saw lot of good luxury rooms.I am sure i would not reccommend this to friends because what you think you are going to get you probably are not Beryl Tomkins
