• Positive: El restaurante al lado de la piscina. Comida de calidad y lugar agradable.
• Negative: La piscina, minúscula. Las habitaciones (junior suite en este caso) extremadamente pequeña, mal conservada y con desperfectos. La atención de casi todo el personal (con honrosas excepciones) un desastre. Muy altivos, sin dar soluciones.

• Common facilities and services: 2.5 Piscina irrisoria. Parece de hotel de 2 estrellitas de Benidorm. Al borde de la piscina no caben más de 8 ó 10 tumbonas.
• Staff: 2.5 Con excepciones, parece que los que tienen la pasta sean ellos y los servidores, nosotros. Despreio total a cualquier concepto de calidad de servicio.

• Room: Not rated Sin ningún mantenimiento. Limpia, pero con la puerta del baño rota (no sólo rota, sino que faltaba una hoja), televisión con muy mala imagen y con escasos canales (de los primeros 25 canales sólo se veían 3), muy pocos metros (en la parte de la cama, sólo esta lo llenaba todo, y eso que eran 2 singles. NO quedaba paso).
• Value for money: Not rated Muy caro (3.081 Euros / 10 noches / JRS / 2 adultos + 1 niño) para ser un hotel merecedor de máximo 3 estrellas. Otros 5 estrellas Gran Lujo de la zona, co la categoría acorde a los servicios y al trato, valen bastante menos dinero.

• Positive: The Location and the breakfasts were good, if sometimes slow to obtain service or a table.
• Negative: For a five star hotel, this place has gone very much past its best. It is beginning to take on the appearnce of a third world location. Having stayed here three years ago and enjoyed it, I doubt if any money has been spent on it during that ime. We had a Superior Suite, only the title was Superior. The plumbing was a disgrace. None of the pop-up wastes functioned, the shower head in the master bedroom fell apart and all of the fixings - robe hooks etc were loose or falling off. Decoration had perhaps been recently freshened but probabnly by someone who wasn't any good at decorating. The terrace was in bad need of work in every area and the furniture was stained, dirty and not easy to sit upon. Clearly the hotel has gone through a change of fortunes and appears to have adopted a policy of marketing itself to the package tour circuit. A once fine hotel, now a scruffy place with scruffy people and vey poor facilities. The staff were clearly trying hard to maintain a feeling of a five star residence but they were obviously loosing the task. A great shame but if your looking for five star luxury, give this place a miss.
