• Common facilities and services: 2.5 Good variety spoiled by having to wait for breakfast for 15 minutes and having to give 24 hours notice to change Spa booking - inflexible.
• Staff: 2.5 One member of Reception was really good, the rest rated from average to inefficient. Maintenance staff were poor.

• Room: 2.5 Noisy air conditioning, shower did not work, wallpaper surround peeling, masking tap in bathroom and cracked tiles in kitchen
• Value for money: Not rated After several incidents relating to room, staff etc one unfortunately became very picky which spoiled the stay.

• Negative: que se estropeara el jakuzzi y yo estaba alli por eso, y llamé a recepción unas cuantas veces, me mandaron 2 técnincos, no lo arreglaron y me tuve que quedar sin jakuzi, no fueron capaz de haberme cambiado de habitacion, habiendo pagado tanto dinero

• Negative: Not enough hot water to have a bath in the evening. Hot water was only available in morning. It was lukewarm rest of day. Even at that the bath took 40 minutes to fill! Not much use that!

• Quietness: 10 Everything seemed soundproofed even adjoining bedrooms
• Room: 10 incredible we were upgraded as a %27birthday treat%27 to a 3 bedroom suite all with individual bathrooms, a lounge plasma television in bedroom as well as lounge. Fully fitted modern kitchen. Wonderful terrace overlooking pool, beach and mountains. and a spiral staircase leading to a huge further terrace sunbathing and relaxing area with hottub/jacuzzi all fully equipped with tabbles chairs and sunloungers an absolutely incredible view rel luxury.
