• Location: 10 Fabulous!!!
• Common facilities and services: 5 There was a good cafe/restaurant and free internet in lobby.
• Staff: 7.5 Most of the staff spoke English very well.
• Quietness: 7.5 I had a room on the front facing La Puerta del Sol and I could not hear much outside noise. The double balcony doors worked well.
• Room: 7.5 The shower in my individual room was much too small.

• Location: 10 Right on the Puerta del Sol. Couldn%27t have been better.
• Common facilities and services: 10 Good little restaurant, good breakfast, elevators, rooms of various sizes ... couldn%27t have asked for more.
• Staff: 10 I single out Jaime as a VERY helpful and friendly guy. Recommended an excellent restaurant.
• Quietness: 5 Location of hotel on the Puerta del Sol ... quiet not really possible. But, it didn%27t bother me.
• Room: 10 My wife and I had a double. Her parents, brother and sister all stayed in a quad. Everyone was quite happy with the accomodations.
• Value for money: 10 Believe me ... I%27ve stayed at a lot of places during my time here in Europe. For the money, this hotel was excellent.
