• Staff: 7.5 Most staffs are helpful except when I asked for late check-out b/o my husband was sick. They only extend for 1/2 hr.

• Positive: The cleanliness, customer services, wonderful waiter staff, and location. Restaurant is wonderful and food is good if you don%27t want to go out. My brother and I are coming back again this year.
• Negative: Nothing. I see some people didn%27t like the noise, but you are in the Puerto del Sol for god sake ! There is tons of action here, and the double pain windows do the job.
