Hotel Europa: We are one of the most charming hotels in the city. We are an independant hotel providing excellent service and individual kindness. Our hotel is located in the best area in the centre of Madrid: Puerta del Sol sq. We are located on a pedestrian street near cultural, artistic, commercial and entertainment areas of Madrid, so your visit to the Prado Museum, Reina Sofia Museum, Thyssen Museum, Royal Palace, Mayor Sq., other museums, monuments, theaters, cinemas and shops are within walking distance. The metro, buses and taxis are all available in the Puerta del Sol Sq.

  • Common facilities and services: 10 Tanto en la recepción como en la cafetería, los servicios estan muy bien.
  • Staff: 10 El personal han sido todos muy correctos y amables. Los recepcionistas siempre con una sonrisa cuando les pedias las llaves y los camareros del hotel muy correctos y eficientes.
  • Quietness: 10 La verdad que he pasado la Nochevieja en el hotel e iba buscando ambiente y ruido, que para tranquilidad me quedo en el pueblo en el que vivo asique lo conseguí, las noches he podido dormir muy bien.
  • Room: 10 La habitación era un poco pequeña, pero ya me lo habian dicho que donde me alojaron era una doble y metieron cuatro camas ya que iba con mis dos niños, pero para doble estaba muy bien y el baño tambien todo el nuevo.
  • Value for money: 10 Me perece un poco caro pero si miras la situación y las fechas en las que fuí creo que más barato no lo habría encontrado al final quede muy satisfecha.
