• Positive: MY ROOM WAS NEWLY RENOVATED AND VERY UP TO DATE. STAFF WAS EXCELLENT
• Negative: HOTEL LOBBY/HALLS DISMAL. WHATEVER SMELL/SCENT THEY ARE USING IN THE LOBBY IS HORRIBLE!!!! MY PARTNER AND I ARE BOTH IN DESIGN/ARCHITECT FIELD AND WILL BE MORE THAN HAPPY TO HELP THIS LOCATION UNDERSTAND HOW THEY CAN GO FROM AN OUT OF DATE-LOW BUDGET-SLEAZY HOTEL LOOK TO A MODERN ONE IF NEEDED.
• I RECOMMEND it for... Young travelers, Budget travelers, Business travelers
• I recommend it especially AGAINST... Families, Luxury, Peace seekers, Classic style lovers, Modern style lovers, Travelers with a car
• Cleanliness: 7.5 clean rooms, scent used in lobby was horrible
• Location: 5 Crazy busy area but central to most things
• Common facilities and services: Not rated basic and not particularly pleasant
• Staff: 10
• Quietness: 5 outside rooms facing plaza could be noisy though the hotel gets great credit for noise reduction through the use of soundproofing windows etc. very active/noisy location but they do the best they can.
• Room: 10 we had a newly modernized room and the hotel did a nice job with those. saw an unupdated version and I would have had a very different experience, probably would have left, if I had been given one of those.
• Value for money: 7.5 I thought the value was good
