• Staff: 10 Great thank you to the staff at the desk for friendly and efficient service!
• Quietness: Not rated Neither doors, walls or windows are sound-proofed - I could here noise fro the hallway, other rooms and all the church bells that were ringing incessantly on the 21st of March (and other mornings as well). All this did not allow me to have rest as I had desired.
• Room: 7.5 The room was pretty and simple, the only thing outdated was the minibar cupboard - this looked as if from 1988.
• Value for money: 7.5 It was a great location, charming hotel but did not get much rest due to all the noise.

• Positive: Very welcoming and professional staff who take your well-being to heart. Very helpful and amenable.
• Negative: Walls are a bit thin hence noise does seep through. Sleep ins are difficult. Nothing to do with the hotel. Church bells come to life around 9:30 am everyday!!
