• Positive: The room was beautiful and location was fantastic. We had a view of the Cathedral. We also enjoyed spending time at the rooftop view with a view of the old city.
• Negative: The first night the air conditioner didn't work and we couldn't sleep because opening the windows meant too much noise from the street. Fortunately they were able to change us to the room next door and the rest of our stay we slept very well.

• Positive: The hotel itself was beautiful, and its location is unparalleled! The rooms were comfortable, and all of the staff was lovely. There's a rooftop bar and pool, and the space there was very welcoming.
• Negative: Unfortunately, the air conditioning in one of our rooms didn't work correctly, and although the windows opened, there wasn't much air movement, which made it difficult to sleep.
