  • Cleanliness: 5 It depends on rooms. Some are renovated and others are not.
  • Location: 10 Great location. Very convenient to most of major tourist spots.
  • Common facilities and services: 10 Swimming pool on the roof was excellent. The roof bar was also nice.
  • Staff: 7.5 The daytime gentleman was awful. The evening lady was very helpful.
  • Quietness: 2.5 Outside was very loud because of its great location. A lot of people were yelling and screaming at the bars and cafes around.
  • Room: 5 Depends. Actually, we asked to change the room, and the latter was much better than the former.
  • Value for money: 7.5
