  • Positive: Large suite, great view of Toledo, very helpful front desk clerk Rafa helped us with rental car and train information, speaking to our taxi driver and car rental agency, etc. for 45 minutes. He helped us tremendously.
  • Negative: When I had called for directions to your hotel someone told me to driver over Puente San Martin. Of course that is not possible. Therefore if someone calls for directions you need somone to speak englsih who fgives correct directions.

  • Positive: Las vistas y la cama muy confortable. He estado otras veces y esta vez me ha defraudado bastante el desayuno en la habitación.
  • Negative: El desayuno en lugar de ir al buffet lo pedimos ne la habitacion. Estaba todo frío y nada bueno. No calentaron ni lo huevos revueltos que habían traido del buffet. el café helado ya servido y derramado por el plato. El agua caliente de la ducha tardaba mucho en salir
