• Positive: Las raciones pedidas en la cafetería tienen una buena relación cantidad/calidad/precio.
• Negative: Un hotel de CINCO ESTRELLAS, que: Nadie te ayuda a llevar las maletas a la habitación En la habitación sólo hay una silla y UN sillón (mejor dicho, una silla con brazos). Parece que que una de las dos personas alojadas no tiene derecho a estar medianamente cómoda. El que sí haya dos silloncitos en la terraza, no justifica lo anterior. Insisto en que se supone que tiene CINCO ESTRELLAS. En la habitación NO hay ningun mueble auxiliar en donde poner y abrir la maleta. Hay que hacerlo en el suelo o encima de la cama. El grifo de la bañera no funciona, SOLO sale agua caliente. La alcachofa de la ducha (hay bañera y plato de ducha aparte) está fija, no se puede descolgar de su soporte. Sobre la mesa, supongo que como atención de bienvenida, hay un cubo de hielo lleno de agua (sin hielo) con una botella de vino espumoso francés (?), pero, vaya por Dios, solo hay UNA copa (sí hay dos vasos). A la vista de su sospechosa calidad, ni se me ocurrió abrirla. En el minibar no hay ninguna bandeja de cubitosde hielo. En fin, un cinco estrellas con apariencia bastante buena y precio acorde, que debería tener tres y un precio sensiblemente menor. Y las ofertas con precio reducido que ofrecen, aparte de que nadie les obliga a hacerlas, nunca deben suponer una merma en la calidad.

• Positive: La habitación estupenda, muy amplia. Las vistas de Toledo desde la habitación espectaculares. En el baño disponíamos de bañera y ducha separadas, muy completo. Todo el personal atento y encantador.
• Negative: La temperatura de la habitación, era difícil regular el aire acondicionado y la calefacción y hacia frío en la habitación. Además muy ruidoso. Creo q no se merece las cinco estrellas. Hotel de cuatro estrellas.
