The Hotel Cigarral El Bosque is set in one of the oldest country houses in the city of Toledo. The hotel offers 58 rooms with terrace and nice views. Las habitaciones son estupendas con unas vistas inmejorables, el restaurante es maravilloso y sirve una comida de gran calidad, la cafeteria del desayuno es super agradable, con una variedad inmensa de productos y unos ventanales con vistas impresionantes, y la piscina exterior es un pequeño oasis de tranquilidad

El servicio de limpieza de habitaciones no está a la altura, tienen poco personal y no se coordinan con recepción (pedimos a las 11 que nos hicieran la habitación y cuando volvimos a las 2 seguía sin hacerse)

1. The cafeteria was closed when it should be opened.
2. Very difficult signs to find facilities within the hotel.
3. The receptionist didnt know a good terraza to go in the city.
4. The toillet door doesnt blackout. it is transparent!!!
5. The trolley car of the clean ladies sound like a high speed train when passing by the corredor due to the bricks floor. people trying to relax get awake early morning by the cleaning trolley sounding so loud...
6. I could hear my neighbor taking shower. The water in the pipes was noizy.

El buffet desayuno es genial. La cena degustación también. En general este hotel tiene un gran servicio de restauración. En general el personal es muy amable.

Nos encontramos el minibar vacío, lo dijimos nada más llegar y no lo repusieron en toda la estancia. Las dos noches hubo boda en el hotel, con la música excesivamente alta, por lo que no pudimos disfrutar de la terraza de la habitación, pues en vez de ser un hotel relajante se convirtió en muy ruidoso (Creemos que le dan prioridad a la celebración de eventos que a los huéspedes del hotel). El hotel está en las afueras de la ciudad, cerca del centro en coche y a un paseo de unos veinte minutos andando, pero para personas de movilidad reducida puede resultar engorroso. En definitiva, no tenemos la sensación de un hotel de cinco estrellas.

Lo que podría ser un hotel muy tranquilo pierde su esencia por culpa de los eventos que se celebran allí, como bodas.

Los metros cuadrados de la habitación no corresponden con los de un cinco estrellas. Además, el mobiliario es básico/antiguo. El mini bar estaba vacío y no lo repusieron. Lo mejor la terraza y sus vistas, pero no lo pudimos disfrutar por las dos bodas que se celebraron las tardes/noches de nuestra estancia.

Nos encantó todo el hotel en si, las habitaciones, el aseo impresionante, el balcón con esas vistas, era impresionante estar sentada y ver la ciudad al fondo con todo el entorno verde. La situación del hotel está muy bien porque está a dos minutos y es muy tranquilo.
