• Positive: la ubicación del hotel. Las vistas son espectaculares y muy cerca de toda la zona central de Nerja
• Negative: la zona de las hamacas de la playa, no se desinfectaban entre cliente y cliente y se notaba una falta de personal en general en todas las instalaciones del hotel para ser un cuatro estrellas. El personal que había era muy amable pero no pueden atender todo.

• Negative: Not much :) I loved it. I think the hotel should sell vouchers, I would like to give them as a gift during COVID. We provide a voucher engine system, when I was there I was thinking of bringing it up with staff, it would create more revenue. • Cleanliness: 10 Mopped floors, spotless room. I travel a lot for work (hotel industry) and it was great to see this and feel comfortable.
• Location: 10 Couldn't be better.
• Common facilities and services: 10 Just the pool and Mirador for drinks and lunch each day but both great.
• Staff: 10 So nice, everywhere. I live in Granada and not everyone is as friendly as in Nerja
• Quietness: 10 Perfect, great a/c and comfy bed
• Room: 10 I missed the coffee/tea facilities but I imagine this was due to COVID!
• Value for money: 10 I got a very good deal
