• Negative: The fact that I booked two rooms with sea view and one if the rooms we were allocated was a lateral sea view which the receptionist said he could not change. At check out the hotel mistake was acknowledged and we were given a very small refund but this did not compensate for our disappointment. Very unhappy about it.
