• Negative: je réserve une analogue à celle qu'on a eue les années précédentes, et quand j'arrive, on me donne une chambre sur la rue, grosse déception, ensuite on me donne une très petite chambre... donc, problème avec la réservation. il faut au moins prévenir à l'avance si on ne peut pas nous donner une chambre telle que demandée.
