"Buenas tardes, Les agradecemos su crítica debido a la percepción que sacaron de nuestro hotel durante la estancia entre nosotros. Les informamos que estamos inmersos en una profunda remodelación de la zona del hotel y los alrededcores del Alcázar que dará como resultado la mejor de las zonas de la ciudad de Toledo. Sabemos que esto puede dar lugar a veces a molestias que son totalmente ajenas a nuestra voluntad. Cuando la zona esté remodelada y podamos empezar las obras de mejora de nuestro hotel, se lo haremos saber para invitarles a pasar de nuevo una estancia en nuestro establecimiento. Seguramente la percepción que tienen de nosotros variará y entonces aconsejará a sus amistades nuestro hotel. Gracias por sus críticas ya que estas nos hecen mejorar día a día. Saludos cordiales"
