• Positive: Su situacion es muy buena, frente El Alcazar, cerca de la Plaza Zocover y accesible para visitar el casco antiguo sin necesidad de utilizar vehículo. desde la terraza de habitacion se podia ver la catedral, vistas muy buenas de la ciudad.
• Negative: Las habitaciones de la primera planta que al dar a un callejon muy estrecho las ventanas tenian unas casas de enfrente.

• Cleanliness: 7.5 la habitacion estaba muy limpia aunque necesita en general el hotel una mano de pintura.
• Location: 10 situado en el mismo casco antiguo de la ciudad
• Common facilities and services: 5 Necesitaria una restauracion del mobiliario, son muebles estilo castellano que dan un encanto al estilo del hotel pero necesitan un mantenimiento.
• Staff: 10 Son muy amables,hospitalarios y muy cordiales con los clientes
• Quietness: 7.5 Mi habitacion era muy tranquila,ya que pude descansar, a pesar del calor de agosto.
• Room: 10 Me gusto mucho la habitacion;amplía, buenas vistas, tranquila el mobiliario muy apropiado.
• Value for money: 10 Pienso que el precio justo por la estancia de un dia; con alojamiento y desayuno con la oferta de parking gratuito era lo ideal en proporción calidad y servicio de este hotel.

• Negative: La falta de limpieza en terraza, en las illas no te podías sentar, estaban asquerosas. Una pena con las vistas que tiene. El aire acondiccionado solo finciona a toda caña, el nivel intermedio y suave no existía.
