• Positive: Very cute hotel, which is perfect for romantic weekends and short stops in an olde worlde environment. Typical dark wood shutters and old looking bedrooms - looks the part. Staff really friendly and helpful and is close to the Plaza de Zomodover, which is central to Toledo.
• Negative: Not tea or coffee in the room - so pack a kettle if you want that. The breakfast is extra and not worth it - even if you only want continental. Go out and enjoy some local tapas bars.

• Positive: Lo único que me gustó fue la situación del hotel en Toledo, el resto un desastre que no merece tener cuatro estrellas el hotel, tanto la habitación que se nos dió, con el cabezal de las camas suelto, las conexiones de las lamparas a la vista y con fácil acceso para cualquier niño, una televisión del siglo pasado sin canales digitales y viéndose muy mal, el secador con poca potencia, nos quedábamos sin agua en la ducha todas las mañanas, el desayuno es un atraco ese precio para los productos que se ofrecen, el restaurante con el mismo menú los dos días y ademas de ser escaso el pescado no estaba fresco y mal descongelado, en fín que tienen que reformar totalmente el establecimiento.
• Negative: Lo único positivo es el trato del personal, muy amable pero que no pueden hacer nada más con ese establecimiento.
