Located near the Retiro Park and the Prado museum, in the area of the Atocha station, the Queen Sofia Art Center, the Thyssen-Bornemisza museum, San Jerónimo el Real and the Botanic garden. Totally refurbished in 1997.   • Positive: La cercanía de la estación de trenes Atocha, el trato atento del personal.
  • Negative: Un simple detalle es que se nos dio una habitación con camas separadas {habiendo pedido de matrimonio}, sin embargo, el problema lo solventaron enseguida y con toda cordialidad dándonos otra habitación.

  • Location: 7.5 near prado but we easily reached the city core in 1/2 hour on feet (also by night) and used the metro just 4 or 5 times ij 5 days

  • Staff: 5 not really interested in being nice and smily (so different from spanish people!)
  • Quietness: 7.5 in the morning they tidy up very early!!
