• Common facilities and services: 5 There is a nice balcony attached to the dining room which wasn%27t open at breakfast. The gardens were not inviting with no seating. it is suggested on the website that you could use the garden.
• Staff: 2.5 Some helpful and friendly. dining room staff were quite grim and unwelcoming.
• Quietness: Not rated one of the rooms was quite but the other was very noisy as it was near a toilet.
• Room: 2.5 One room was good with nice views. The other had no view and was very sparsely furnished.
• Value for money: 2.5 The website made it appear that all roomswere of the same quality.
