• Cleanliness: 10 Clean bedroom and outside terrace
• Location: 10 Excellent postion in the old town. The views from the terraces were great and within reach of the many museums.
• Common facilities and services: 2.5 Although it was not a major problem, I would have been happier with a telephone in the room and also a radio/television. No restaurant facilities on the Monday evening was surprising. Breakfast choice was good but the toaster broke down on the second day.
• Staff: 2.5 Receptionists were good and the cleaners were helpful. Restaurant staff were a little off putting but in general OK.
• Quietness: 10 Just as we had hoped - it was quite. The only sounds came from a dog barking way down the gauge and that was not a problem.
• Room: 10 Great room, enought space and the terrace was fantastic for the views.
• Value for money: 5 I suppose I expected to pay more for the views so in that respect it was worth it.
