• Quietness: 5 it was a noisy area didnt bother us
• Room: 2.5 room needed a revamp the bathroom was clean but it needed a new carpet and the walls need a good wash

• Negative: Very poor treatment to guest. This hotel is more likely as a backpacker place. I stayed one day (Thursday) and I went to Provence for 3 days and I left my luggage there booking in advance a double room with shower fro Sunday. When I arrived on Sunday they did not honor the reservation and they gave a single bed without bath/shower!!!!!. I stayed anyway since I was tired and it was 9 pm already. They almost did not want to give me the difference back of the price. Very bad service and no respectful treatment for a guest
