• Positive: the view from the window was great; staff was kind
• Negative: the carpet on the walls in the hall doesn't look very clean; there were no towel hangers in the bathroom; the was only one elecrical socket (we had to climb onto the table and unplug the tv to recharge our mobile); the room smelt of smoke; the luggage room is useful, but should be cleaned every now and then...

• Positive: The location and the staff were great. Many cafés nearby and a Metro stop just a few steps from the hotel.

• Cleanliness: 7.5 The bathroom was spotless and the bedding crisp and clean. The carpet was stained and dingy.
• Location: 10 Fabulous location. The Metro is across the street, a city bus stop next to the Metro and L'Open Tour buses stop there too.
• Common facilities and services: 2.5 The ambiance was shabby. Nicked walls and general appearance of a hotel past its time.

• Quietness: 2.5 Incredibly noisy in our 2nd floor room, ear plugs a must.
• Room: 2.5 Tiny room with no bureau or wardrobe to hold clothing. A small shelf was the only usable surface. Lovely tall windows in the bedroom and bathroom were a plus.
• Value for money: 5 It seemed a bit expensive, it was more like a hostel. Perhaps it is a good value for Paris.

• Positive: The breakfast is very good. You have a lot to choose from but if you want to have breakfast with tranquility and able to grab from everything wake up early. One morning we stood up at 9:30 and it was very crowded and we had to wait for the hotel to refill almost everything.
• Negative: We had to book another night the day we arrived because a misunderstanding so they gave us the cheaper room. The room smelled like humidity, rug was worn up, we had a sink and a hole in the wall. Room was old and not clean. You can hear everything from the room so we had a regular night. The next morning they moved us to another room and this was what we expected.
• I RECOMMEND it for... Young travelers, Couples, Budget travelers

• Cleanliness: 5 Bed linen is good. They changed towels often, yet didn´t add toilet paper. **This was in a double room with private WC. The cheaper room smelled bad, very old and not clean.
• Location: 7.5 It is located right in front sacre cour. You have a metro stop right away so its good. Bad thing was that during night you saw a lot of guys and hookers since it's pretty close to the moulin rouge zone.

• Room: 7.5 The double room with WC inside is pretty much like the photos. What we expected for the price.

• Positive: Very friendly staff. Staff was very professional, dressed nicely, and very helpful.
• Negative: The only problem I had was that it was on a main street. I'm a light sleeper, so the loud cars and bikes kept me up at night. In addition, my neighbors were constantly smoking.
