• Positive: The location and facilities were very good. The buffet breakfast was excellent. Would stay again.
• Negative: The airconditioning leaked, but was fixed, then the tap in the bathroom had a leaky washer. Bathroom could have had a mat to prevent slipping in the shower.

• Location: 10 Perfect for sightseeing close to metro and buses and just a short walk from the Ramblas.

• Quietness: 7.5 Average for a busy city but a lot better located than staying in th busy Ramblas
• Room: 10 Perfect size, could have done with tea or coffee making facilities.

• Negative: The bathroom needs some serious fixing with the overflodding while taking a shower! Ensure the free wi-fi works all over the hotel and for Macs, as well, if not don%27t offer it or solicit a price ffor it. Rather frustrating knowing it was there and couldn%27t use it properly nor accordingly.

• Cleanliness: 7.5 Overall the hotel room was fantastic, but you folks need to do some serious re-work on the bathroom. Taking a shower and having the entire bathroom flood is not good, nor healthy! You need to fix that, please! Otherwise it would be difficult for us to come back! For the rest, perfect!

• Value for money: 7.5 Free realible Wi-Fi as advertised, even for Mac users would have been a big plus! Stayed there for 4 nights and was not able to get connected for most of the time! That%27s not acceptable. Better not offer the service or go for a paid one, so the expectations are set up all right! For the rest, like I said, wonderful!

• Location: 7.5 Easy walk to most places
• Common facilities and services: 10 Offered some nice touches, like free internet access, printing out information for us, and free use of adaptors
• Staff: 7.5 Staff were very courteous and pleasant, though there was a little confusion over our booking, so I would not say that it was as efficient as it was courteous. Also our 5 rooms were scattered all over the place.

• Room: 5 I had booked a double room and was glad that it was for single occupancy as the floor around the bed and the storage space was rather tight
• Value for money: 5 a good clean hotel in a central location with pleasant staff. I would recommend it as that.
