• Positive: The glass of Bubbly you get when you can check in.
• Negative: We had our 1 year old son with us and we were placed in a room which required us to take two small lifts a meander of corridors and a flight of stairs. Not very convenient with a buggy! We asked to be moved and were told we could the next day so we didn%27t unpack. The next day we were told we could not be moved after all. The room also had a view of a wall which made the room very oppressive as it was small enough with a cot inside it. Our other gripe was that breakfast was so expensive 17 euros. We were given half price vouchers to use for one day only but were not allowed any more. The hotel was also very noisey, room doors crashed shut as people came back. One night a group were so loud that a lady from a room above had to shoiut down to ask them to be quiet! We had disturbed night every three nights we were there. Over all, not a great experience and definately not child friendly.

• Positive: The day we arrived was my girlfriend's birthday. The staff were unaware when we arrived, but totally unprompted, when they realised, they brought a bottle of champagne and some chocolates to our room. This was a very nice touch and very much appreciated

• Negative: I think that having to pay extra for the tea and coffee and safe is a rip off. Especially as they advertise it on the front of their web page.

• Common facilities and services: Not rated The tea and coffee and safe are optional extra. So the details on this site is incorrect. You can only sit and watch TV if you have paid your 3Euros a day for Tea and Coffee. To use the Safe is another 4 Euros a day.

• Room: 10 My cupboard at home is bigger than the room I was given. I was staying on my own. I thought I was going to get a room like the one in the picture. I was very dissapointed.
• Value for money: 10 The money we paid for this room was not worth it. Considering this was supposed to be a 3* hotel. It was very basic. A youth hostel would have been more nicer.
