  • Situation: 10 It's in the middle of the old town. Perfect for getting around on foot to all of Donastia and Gros.
  • Installations et services: 10 Good information about the area provided.
  • Personnel: 10 The best! They were so helpful, plus they have excellent personal recommendations
  • Tranquillité: 5 If your balcony window/door is open, expect it to be noisy and lively. When doors are closed they do a good job of blocking the noise
  • Chambre: 10 It's a pension, so don't expect super amenities like hotels. The shower and it's size beat hotels!

  • Positif: Location is great, cozy and clean rooms, service is efficient, personalized and very friendly. Their food/restaurant recommendations are amazing. Also appreciate that there are multiple usb plus alongside the sockets. Overall, a great place to stay at in Donostia and well worth the price.
  • Négatif: It was a bit weird that the toilet and shower are separate from each other, and the doors for the toilet and shower are kind of flimsy. Also the shower was to complicated to maneuver at times, since it had too many shower heads and knobs.
