• Cleanliness: 2.5 The rooms could do with a thorough cleaning, kitchen and bathroom not clean, Friends of ours came back to their room and found a rat on evening. We saw a few cockroaches

• Staff: 5 Understaffed, queued for long periods at reception, on average only 1 person at desk and the resort is massive

• Value for money: 5 Hidden costs, wii fii and tiny tub of ice-cream €1.50, asked for cappuccino twice at pool bar and was given hot chocolate, pool bar prices expensive
