• Negative: no nos dejaron la fruta de bienvenida. Tras reclamarlo hicieron caso omiso. Con lo cual muy mala bienvenida. Queríamos pagar con un bbillete de 100 euros que aseguraron era falso. Luego en el hiperrdino de al lado paso por la máquina. Les recomiendo cambiar de sistema puesto que hacen pasar un mal rato al cliente. Igual ese rotulador era menos fiable que nuestro billete. Muy mal en ese sentido. Pésimo recibimiento. La limpiadora se quejó porque había loza sin fregar... No teníamos detergente... Se podía haber. Ahorrado la mala cara. Sólo era un plato y u. Vaso.

• Positive: Large open areas, swimming pools, cheap accommodation and location to beach.
• Negative: Persons next door had TV on loud a lot of the time, had to get reception to ask them to turn it down, should be a policy about noise pollution, also apartment only cleaned once in 5 days.

• Location: 10 Short walk to beach
• Common facilities and services: 5 Didn't use many facilities
• Staff: 7.5 OK apart from one lady receptionist who was meant to be reconfiguring my key because i couldn't get into the apartment,she decided that i could wait while she had a social discussion with someone she knew, so i said she was rude and to carry out what she had started doing, very rude indeed.
• Quietness: Not rated Noise from TV next door, why does anyone want to watch TV on holiday
• Room: 7.5 Good views of the pool, but never any sun on the patio
• Value for money: 7.5 Good price as we needed close proximity to Sands Hotel for the Marathon
