• Staff: 5 Warm welcome from young man on reception duty when we arrived. He was particularly helpful and spoke good English.This young man gave us map, pointed out all places of interest and how to get to them. He was charming and polite. He and another young man were able to recommend restaurants and cafes. Unfortunately the lady on duty when we left and the day before didn%27t respond to greetings, ignored us, didn%27t thank us for staying when we paid the bill, although she spoke English. Her responses were all "secas". Ladies in diningroom were pleasant.
• Quietness: 2.5 Very noisy at times- hen party and a group of workmen shouting to each other in the room they were sharing.
