• Negative: Le manque de communication quant à la fermeture de l'hôtel le 1er janvier 2014 jusqu'à 17h, alors que rien n'était indiqué lorsque nous avons réservé ni sur la porte de l'hôtel quand nous sommes arrivés à 13h. Plus le vendredi matin au réveil quand nous avons demandé pourquoi il n'y avait pas de petit déjeuner, alors que personne ne nous l'avait dit. Mais, en effet, ce n'est pas très grave.
