• Positive: La relación calidad-precio y el trato amigable del personal. El hotel está bastante bien y no demasiado lejos de los sitios que se suelen visitar como para no poder ir en un paseo de unos veinte minutos. Las habitacione están bastante bien; limpias, arregladas y espaciosas. Las camas son cómodas.
• Negative: Se escucha bastante lo que ocurre en otras habitaciones. En el baño, al menos en el nuestro, no había radiador o algo para calentarlo antes de la ducha.

• Cleanliness: 7.5 No tuvimos ningún problema en cuanto a limpieza.
• Location: 5 Más o menos se tarda unos 15 minutos en llegar al Casco Viejo y unos veinte en llegar a la zona del Guggenheim.
• Common facilities and services: 2.5 No tiene demasiados servicios, pero es lo normal, debido al precio.
• Staff: 10 Muy amable con todo.
• Quietness: 2.5 Hay bastante ruido en las habitaciones tanto el que viene de fuera como el que llega de las otras habitaciones.
• Room: 7.5 La habitación es bastante espaciosa.
• Value for money: 10 Es totalmente correcto, por el precio que pagué (32€ habt. doble / noche), no he encontrado muchos sitios mejores.

• Staff: 5 Warm welcome from young man on reception duty when we arrived. He was particularly helpful and spoke good English.This young man gave us map, pointed out all places of interest and how to get to them. He was charming and polite. He and another young man were able to recommend restaurants and cafes. Unfortunately the lady on duty when we left and the day before didn%27t respond to greetings, ignored us, didn%27t thank us for staying when we paid the bill, although she spoke English. Her responses were all "secas". Ladies in diningroom were pleasant.
