• Negative: Unhelpful staff, overcharged vs live rate I was seeing on the day, didnt respond to email sent to front desk requesting early checkout, no manager on site or individual able to resolve the issues we were experiencing, beds moved on the wooden floor and we almost fell out, bad smell of drains in the bathroom that filtered through to the bedroom.
