• Staff: 7.5 Staff seemed annoyed when I was unable to open my door, which was very heavy. Almost impossible to open from the inside as the handle was so small!
• Quietness: 7.5 Very quiet with the window shut. No airconditioning so had to have window open, and very noisy at front of hotel. Back might have been better.
• Room: 10 Nice view of the stained glass window of the church oppposite.
• Value for money: 10 Good value for money. Price included breakfast.
