• Negative: Management wasn%27t too friendly. The elevator was out of order, and we had to walk up 5 or 6 flights.

• Cleanliness: 2.5 The linens were clean, but the bedspread was very old and stained. The bathroom needed to be updated, was grungy.

• Staff: 2.5 Most staff were good, but the man who seemed to be in charge seemed mistrustful. He tried to charge us for water we didn%27t use. He made a mistake on our reservation and it took a lot for him to see that. I had the paperwork to prove our case. Maybe it was a problem with English. Anyway, he didn%27t have the customer is always right attitude..

• Room: 2.5 We had three rooms for a group. One was nice, one had soiled carpeting, one had a grungy bathroom.
• Value for money: 2.5 It was the cheapest place we could find, and with the dollar so poor, we didn%27t have a lot of choice. I stayed here 20 years ago, and it was a lovely family who ran it. Unfortunately, they are gone.

• Common facilities and services: 5 本館と別棟の両方に泊まりましたが、別棟の方にはエレベーターがなく、大きめのスーツケースを持って来た友人は苦労してました。あと、シャワーの水量が少なく、なかなかバスタブにお湯がたまりませんでした。しかしインターネットの設備が充実しているようなので、体力のある若い方にはぴったりだと思います。

• Quietness: 5 通りからの音は一切なかったが、隣室の水の音などはかなり聞こえてきました。
• Room: 7.5 広々としていて、また中庭に面していて快適でした。パリでは暗めの照明が多い中、このホテルは明るくてよかったです。
• Value for money: 7.5 朝食付きでこの値段は、とてもお得だと思います。
