• Positive: The pool, the cleanliness of the room, the bar
• Negative: Staff were rude and unhelpful, location was slightly far out, not one ice machine worked on any floor and when staff were told nothing changes, had no soap or toiletries in room for first day, reception didn’t answer phone

• Location: 2.5 Much more hotels closer to centre of Barcelona to stay, unless you are looking to stay in glories for work purposes it’s not a great area and slightly unsafe at times

• Quietness: 5 Currently construction work nearbye so very noisy in pool, the rooms are also not soundproof so could hear other rooms etc

• Negative: No room service, no sauna, gym was not good - no weights or air conditioning or water available, no english channels in an international hotel. Pool service was not working due to covid, which seemed strange as the pool is open air.

• Negative: Tuve que llamar tres veces a recepción por el escandalo que tenian en la habitación de al lado de la mía, la 709. Llamé a las doce de la noche, a las doce y media y a la una de la mañana, no me parece normal que haya gente de fiesta y mas de dos personas en la habitación que no dejaran dormir al resto.
