• Negative: People smoking (in the hotel when they should not be) and the toiletries were harsh (I didn't take shampoo or conditioner as I expected quality ones to be provided in this type of hotel)

• Cleanliness: 10 Very well presented and clean
• Location: 5 Not a great location except it is close to the Glories shopping centre area, with really nice shops, cafes and restaurants. However it is only 10mins to the centre on the metro.
• Common facilities and services: 10 Excellent rooftop area
• Staff: 10 Very friendly and helpful
• Quietness: 10 Quiet except for quite a lot of building works nearby during the day... but that is normal Barcelona life
• Room: 10 Very nice design
• Value for money: 10 Good price for the quality of hotel

• Staff: 7.5 Coji la oferta romantica para hacer el cheslong de la salida más tarde y cuando llegue al hotel la chica de recepción, bastante seca me dijo q estaba sujeto a disponibilidad y hasta el mismo momento de irnos no lo sabríamos. Le dije q yo había pagado x el servicio y ni me contesto. Me parece un servicio donde engañáis a las personas
