• Staff: 7.5 Some members of the reception staff were excellent; they acted as if they were interested to help and were very careful with their grooming (hair neat, clothes clean and smooth, etcl) . Unfortunately many members acted as if they were bored to attend to customers -- and they were not very neat in appearance; e.g., hair or clothes not looking clean or cared for.l

• Negative: Dos asepctos: Lo primero la organización, nos dieron una habitación que estaba sin hacer, y después, lo mas grave, el Sábado nos dijeron que no podíamos cenar en el hotel, se ve que había una cena del baloncesto, solo pedimos que nos hicieran una tortilla para nuestra hija de 18 meses, creo que en un hotel de 4 estrellas deberían de tener en cuenta estos aspectos, y dar el servicio a las personas que están hospedadas.
