July/2013 Someone from Ireland and this was our third hotel stay on this trip and the one we were least welcomed on. thinks:

• Positive: Good quality family room in a central location.
• Negative: I requested a non-smoking family room and was allocated one. However at 11.30pm on the second night I received two telephone calls which I attempted to answer. These were followed by a knock at the door asking why someone was smoking in the room as an alarm had been activated at reception. I explained that we had small children in the room and neither my husband not I smoked. I invited the receptionist to enter the room but she declined. No alpology was offered and we were made to feel like we had done something wrong. Our children are very well behaved and we felt intruded upon and victimised. For this reason we looked forward to check out and would not return to this hotel.
