• Positive: I was initially pleased with the complex, apartment as it was a good standard, facilities etc but large cockroaches in the kitchen and lounge every night did no justice.
• Negative: We had large cockroaches in the kitchen and lounge every night. Even though the cleaner gave us a spray we had to buy our own, I am aware that there are cockroaches due to the heat but I would have thought the apartment could have been better maintained and fumigated in order to prevent them as there were holes in ceilings etc. There was a lose panel on the bathroom ceiling.
