• Negative: El trato por parte del personal en recepción el día de llegada e ida que casualidad fue la misma persona. Además, la limpiadora el día que nos marchabamos ya me estaba tocando la puerta de si no me iba a las 8.50 de la mañana,no lo veo nada correcto debido a que la salida la tenía a las 12.

• Cleanliness: 5 Normal en las habitaciones. Aunque deja mucho que desear que después de 4 días alojada no te cambien ni las toallas que tuvimos que irnos a quejar a recepción .

• Common facilities and services: Not rated Las instalaciones en común deberían de hacer pequeñas reformas... Y los servicios que tenían no se cuales eran porque por decir algo que con todo con quien hablábamos nos quedábamos,supuestamente tienen un servicio de animación que lo menos que hace es eso porque estaba sentada siempre junto al socorrista.
• Staff: 2.5 El único personal atento fue el chico de recepción un día que subo hablar con el y los chicos socorrista...El resto deberían de dar algún curso de como estar cara al público.

• Room: 5 El tamaño del apartamento genial y bien equipado lo único que deberían de reformar un poco los baños y el mobiliario actualizarlo.
