• Location: 10 Suprisingly central to most areas, so walking was easy and comfortable
• Common facilities and services: 10 All the staff made our stay easy and comfortable
• Staff: 10 Help was easily at hand for the simple things, like directions, or leaving luggage on day of departure

• Room: 7.5 Very practical and comfortable with easily adequate space, and drawers. storage etc

• Positive: Que en el mismo hotel se encuentra el spa sin necesidad de desplazarse fuera del recinto. El trato del personal. La tranquilidad en general del hotel.
• Negative: Lo del sistema de aire acondicionado/calefacción centralizado y condicionado a frio-verano y calor-invierno. Las almohadas muy blandas y al solicitar en el servicio de almohadas otras más duras me entregaron más de las mismas.

• Location: 10 Pondria alguna señalización de la situación del hotel en la calle.

• Staff: 10 La verdad que el trato fué exquisito en todo momento y la explicación del personal fué muy buena.
• Quietness: 10 Teniamos la habitación en un lateral donde se divisaba parte del puerto, pero la excelente insonorización hizo que no se notara nada de ruido.
• Room: 5 Solo un punto negativo y es que el sistema de calefacción/aire acondicionado esta centralizado, dando calor en invierno y frio en verano. tendria que ser independiente para cada habitación.
• Value for money: 7.5
