• Positive: Location - right in the heart of the old town, with wonderful restaurants etc just a short stroll away
• Negative: Not enough parking - we requested parking, arrived early evening and the hotel facility was full. The public car park was only a short walk away but it would have been better to be in hotel car park

• Location: 10 located very central in the old town, there is a expensive car parking under the hotel. To drive down with the car-elevator you have to call staff always !
• Common facilities and services: 7.5 during breakfast it is necessary to walk a lot because the food and breakfast-citchen is in two other rooms on the opposite side of the patio
• Staff: 10 very friendly and helpfull, but staff in the breakfast-citchen speaks only spanish !
• Quietness: 10 quite rooms !
• Room: 5 no balcony, most of the rooms are located to the inner courtyard which is roofed, rooms have nearly no daylight, furniture no good quality, floor and tiles in bathroom are made out of PVC, modern but very small bathroom
